How can we increase candidate registion on the site?
We have launched a job board in the last few weeks (www.fusejobs.co.uk)
and are very keen to get hints and tips from others about how we can convert visitors to the site into actual registered users and repeat visitors.

What would make the perfect job board?
Do you find the responses to adverts you place on other job boards overwhelming and predominantly from candidates unsuitable for the position?
Do you have that niggling feeling that although placing a job advert in your local paper is cost effective it really isnt going out to a very wide audience and so you might be missing out on the best people for the job?
Fuse Jobs hopes to address all these issues and we would really like to talk to employers like yourselves to get a fee…
